    A wash in place is quicker than a full dismantle, where the unit is taken apart. Know which one you are paying for.

  • Number of units

    One visit for four units is usually more sensible per unit than four visits for one.

  • Condition of the unit

    Years of dust, mould, or a blocked drain add time. Faults (leaks, low gas, bad fan) are separate jobs.

  • Timing and location

    Peak weeks before festive seasons and far-flung addresses can affect a quote. Ask for it to be shown separately.
